We can't say enough great things about this half day wine tour. Sally & Guido were amazing hosts. They're so kind and welcoming and with a wealth of knowledge. Being invited into their home for a meal and wine after touring a fantastic winery with the most breath-taking views is truly a once in a lifetime experience. We left feeling as though we'd made life-long friends. We can't wait to come back. I would recommend this tour 100%! 5 stars all the way. Don't question it, just do it. Best tour I've ever taken.

This experience with Guido and Sally was absolutely amazing. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy! We did the half day cooking class which also included a tour of their small town on the countryside. Not only did I learn so much, but I had SO much fun. It was so nice to be welcomed into their home and taught how to cook a meal from scratch- something that we will take with us forever. The food we made and ate was incredible! We also got to sample fresh cheese, wine, and local olive oil. It was truly a relaxing day full of fun and friendship. I would 100% book this again and hope to come back in the future one day!

One of the great highlights of our Italy vacation. Just a short train ride from Rome and we were greeted by Guido who took us to the winery for a tour and wine tasting. The winery and the view were outstanding. Then we went to Guido and Sally's beautiful home for lunch. The food, company, and view were amazing. It was a beautiful and relaxing day and would highly recommend this winery tour. Guido and Sally were wonderful hosts.

This was by far one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I had the best day with Sally and Guido! They were kind and helpful hosts and fantastic company on our one day cooking class and olive tour. We were the only people on the tour and they still kept our booking. This experience felt like a real glimpse into the Italian lifestyle. Plus, Guido helped us learn some traditional Italian cooking tips and tricks. I recently had the pleasure of attending the Half Day Rome Wine Tour with Sally and Guido that exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, it was an intimate and memorable experience that I won’t soon forget.

The tour began with a visit to a local winery, where we were guided through the winemaking process. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, answering all our questions with warmth and expertise. Following the tour, we sampled three wines, which was a treat in itself, as was the impressive view! Such stunning countryside – especially with wine to pair with it!

What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the personal touch that followed. The hosts invited us into their home, where we were welcomed with more wine and an array of delicious light bites that they had thoughtfully prepared. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, making us feel like old friends rather than tourists.

This combination of learning, tasting, and connecting on such a personal level is something you don’t often find in any type of tour. It was the perfect balance of education, relaxation, and indulgence. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the world of wine in a unique and memorable way.

Our cooking class in Sabina was the best part of our trip to Rome! Sally & Guido graciously welcomed us into their beautiful home in the Roman countryside. We loved learning to cook authentic Italian recipes and having the opportunity to explore the local villages and purchase Italian made goods. It was such a relaxing experience and a nice day trip from the bustling city. We would do this again in a heartbeat!

Incredibly immersive and informative olive oil tour! From start to finish, this was an incredible experience during our visit to Rome. Easy to get to and Sally and Guido were extremely gracious hosts for our olive oil tour. What impressed me the most was how well integrated in their community they are, especially with doing tours such as this for past 18 years. This was a fantastic way to really dive into the entire process of olive growing and the production of olive oil with a good amount of local insight. Really enjoyed the lunch with local products and getting to taste just how high quality the olive oil and cheeses are from the region. Will be telling everyone I know who travels to Rome that this is a must-do (a nice break from chaos of the city too if you prefer more laid back settings). Thank you so much Sally and Guido!
