Delicious. Great service, fair prices and nice atmosphere. Super friendly staff. I think my salmon could have done without the avocado whip, the black bean salad was ok. But the salmon was cooked perfectly. Calamari was delicious, great portion. Risotto ball was good, super filling. Loved the bread and spicy olive oil. Craft beer selection could be improved, good wine. My parents loved their cavatelli meal.

I'm writing this a week or so later so all I can really remember is the food and drink. My wife and I, along with my stepson and his wife dined together. My stepson, his wife, and I ordered the brazed short rib which we all enjoyed. My wife ordered Eggplant Parm. She liked the EP but thought the sauce was "meh". I don't exactly understand how that works as I'd think that if the sauce is meh, that would affect the goodness of the eggplant. Then again I don't like eggplant. I mean if I was dining in your house and eggplant was what was on the menu, I'd eat it with thanks. But if you ever see me ordering eggplant from a restaurant, then the pod people have assimilated me.

The highlight of the meal for me was the delicious Manhattan made with a bourbon the likes of which I can't remember the name ... Russell something? Anyway, it was mixed perfectly and had a lovely Luxardo cherry waiting for me at the bottom of the glass.

Busy joint on a weeknight. Delicious food and really good wine specials. The Risotto Balls and Fried Calamari were outstanding appetizers together with the bread and slightly spicy oil. I had the Zuppa di Portuguese which comes with tons of clams and it's served in a saffron tomato broth over linguini. It was outstanding. Service was quick and attentive.

1st time there. We had a party of 6. I had stopped in the week before for a menu and to ask of they take reservations (yes), can they accommodate up to 12-14 people (yes), will they do separate checks (yes, just let your server know). Chris was our waiter and he was fantastic.

There was a networking meeting going on that evening and I was concerned that is would impact service or lengthen time for food ro arrive but it did not. Food was great. Loved that they use privacy screens and move them around the restaurant as needed. Great atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. Will definitely be back!

My son and his father went there today and enjoyed the food and service. He ordered a plate for me to bring home, the beef shank which he happened to get for himself while he was there. We all enjoyed the food but they were out of the gnocchi included with the shank meal, and when he was given his replacement pasta options they never advised there would be an upcharge. I'm of the belief if the included pasta is unavailable you should foot the difference for substitutions, but at minimum you advise when the order is placed that you're charging more. Nicer/pricier establishments especially...

If you are looking for a place to host a party, look no further, Tavolo is the place to go. Leonard the owner opened the restaurant early so we could get in to decorate for my daughter’s Bridal Shower. I worked with Adrianna on all the details for the party who was wonderful. Cheryl, who was amazing helped up with setting up all the decorations (including balloon arch) and running the party flawlessly. I couldn't have done it without her help and expertise. Also want to add that the food is delicious!

My family and I made a reservation for 30 people for Christmas Eve at the Smithfield location. After speaking with the owner, Lenard, about our expectations, he advised us to switch our reservation to the Warwick location. They have 3 private rooms, 2 for up to 35 and 1 for 80. I asked how much it would be to reserve a room and he said it was not extra. We reserved the 35 room. Lenard went on to say he had recently had a baby shower booked and they had a present table and 1 for desert. This was perfect for us. In a follow up conversation we discussed what the table sizes would be etc. When we arrived that evening we were brought to a large room and were told the 3 tables on the left were for us and the rest of the room was being used for open seating. I explained we had a reservation for a private room and was told they were fully booked and these were our accommodations. I was also informed there was no manager or owner to address the issue. Our waitstaff were lovely and tried their best but they were completely understaffed. 6 members of our party did not recieve their food until the rest of us were done eating. Three people at our table ordered steak fries. The fries were cold and soggy, one was raw and the other two were so chewy they were inedible. Lenard came to the restaurant at the end of the evening and when I spoke to him about our issues he stated he never said we could have a private room, they don't book private rooms on Christmas Eve. He blatantly lied to my face. When I told him that members of our party didn't receive their food he said that was the waitstaff's fault. I told him they were doing their best and maybe it was an issue with the kitchen? He said, well were you happy with the service or not? I was literally in disbelief that not only was he lying to me but he was blaming his employees for him being understaffed. Working Christmas Eve is hard and my family and I were just grateful to be together. We spent close to $3000 and they lost out on our repeat business. They also advertised take out on Christmas day. My friend called several days prior to see if they needed to place their order in advance and was told they needed to call that day. When the called to order their dinner, only dine in service was available. When she explained what they were told they were hung up on.TLDR. Owner, food and service were awful. Owner is a lier and a bully.
